Six Attitudes of High Achievers

The six attitudes of high achievers

1) Make no small plans: Plan Big

This means to aim far, set big goals for yourself but take small steps to achieve your big goals you've set up to chase after. It won't harm you at all if you make big goals or little ones like, learning to drive a car at 14 years, mmmm... like doing your homework daily so your grade won't drop. It will benefit you if you try and try your hardest but if you want to get things done, but you have a lazy, attitude you won't get far in life with that attitude.

2) Do what they fear

This quality is self explanatory, so yea, so do what others can't and are afraid to do. Have courage and
do things you've never done, go passed your limits and beyond and feel the glory because you did something you would've NEVER have done. When you do these things you've never done, the fear all goes away and it'll become like a dream. When i was about like 7 or 8 years old, i didn't know how to ride a bike at all. I was pretty scared because i would fall continuously and scrape my knees and hands, so i stopped for a while. My friends didn't know how to ride a bike, but they did things i couldn't do, such as climb the roofs of our houses. But the thing they hated the most was riding a bike because they'd get there hands and knees scraped, so i started learning and tried and tried even though i wanted to learn and show my friends how easy it was to ride a bike. So, eventually i learned, and showed my friends the scars of learning but told them how beneficial it is to learn new things.

3) High achievers are willing to prepare

This is an attitude EVERYBODY should have and learn. They should always be prepared and be willing to be prepared for anything, such as a SAT, the finals, the IDP next week, but it doesn't hurt you at all being prepared, on the contrary, it'll benefit you and make you a good person. Some of us think that the things that'll help us or benefit us, we think thats its bad and we shouldn't deny those things that'll help us make ourselves a better person.

imgres.jpg4) High achievers are willing to risk failure

this means that the high achievers will risk thing even if it means that they'll fail some things but they'll do it. I mean that's life, you have to take risks for the better.

5) high academic achievers are teachable

It means that one must be willing to learn and make mistakes as well in order for you to learn or experience new things and learn from it. It's not a bad thing to learn from your mistakes because they are your mistakes that you have to learn from, your errors. I believe its a good attitude for one because if you want to learn things yourselves, learn from your mistakes and willing to accept them.

9/11 attack

9/11 is a memorable date in which innocent people died in the buildings. This is due to a terrorist attack in Down Town Manhattan, NY. I wasn't born on this day so there can be very little emotions to feel about this day.

Freelance

My experience here at HPIAM has been great because of my friends and my teachers are chill right now and made this year a better year than last year. I had better laughs and more fun with my friends and met new people and teachers. It's been fun and all but I still want to join a club or a sport here at school and get college credit and get in a good college or a good University. I've been good lately and been doing all my work and its going to pay off some day

the 9 ways

1)  Be grateful
A way to be grateful is by being a good person with morals and have manners.  Like if someone gives you a gift and of course you say thank you for the gift, but think of it, they got you a gift and now you have to be thankful for that person for the gift they gave you. It'll just make you think deeper and more efficiently and consider the things that life has to offer. Everyone has to be grateful for there free education, a place where you live, always have what to eat, have clothes for every day because poverty exists in every country and others would want something small and they'd be grateful for what they have and just make their day better I can apply this by thanking for the smallest of gestures people do for the community and for me.

2) Be smart

There can be many ways of being smart, example not doing drugs, drinking alcohol, and getting in trouble is NOT being smart because I know that everyone doesn't like to have problems and so they avoid problems and don't do any dumb things because no one wants problems. Being smart doesn't consists you having to know anything, its really making the right choices in life and have self experience and be wise and think first before you act or do anything. i can apply it by thinking things through before i do them and get into trouble. And give little advice to those who need it most to help them not doing these deplorable things.

3) Be involved

Image result for service hoursIn order to be happy, you have to get involved in either school cleaning, extracurricular activities, clubs, etc. The point is, is to not be scared to have a little fun in your life because we all need to have some fun at some point. I was really shy back then in elementary but I loosened up a bit and starting to have fun out either by myself, with my friends from school or my neighbors playing some video games or soccer out in the street or i don't know honestly because i did a lot of things in my child hood.

4) Be clean

In order to be clean you have to be organized, washing, your personal hygiene, and etc. Later in life you may want to work in an office and whats the first thing you'll have to do with all of your paper work? You'd have to organize your papers so you won't be a mess. And you always have to take care of your personal hygiene so you'll be healthy, strong, and sane. In the future, no one will ever want to touch a nasty infected hand that hasn't been washed for days.! There are many reasons why one should be clean but I'm just going to point out the main points of why being clean and staying clean is important.

5) Be true
Being true means to be honest and being truthful at all times because you'll just end up getting tangled up in your own web of lies and you'll get caught and have to suffer the ramifications of lying to others and to yourself. Always speak the truth even around your friends, even when it may seem funny to others but you'll get the weight of your

6) Be positive

You MUST always be positive, in your good days till your worst of days, it'll benefit you because you will be a happy person even if you don't think about it. When my grandma died on November 20, I cried till I had any tears left and weeks later I had to be thinking positive and hope my day would be fine and it'll soon make me recover from our loss. And here I am, happy as I'd ever be even with the things I don't have. We all have to enjoy life for what it gives us, and not for the things it takes from us.

7) Be humble

being a humble person means to always find the positive things out of the bad things that happen. You have to be very honest and very openminded and truthful to others. every one has to be appreciative for what we have and value things that are yet to come to us. There are better things to come, but good things come to those that work towards there goals.

8) Be still

being still doesn't always mean to stay in the position you're in, but in a way it is. always have to be still or calm, before you do think twice and just think things through with a calm or patient mood, just so things won't turn out the way you don't expect them to come out. It always happens all the time but, lets face it, its the truth, you wish too hard and wait too long and nothing happens or things turn out a disaster, thats just reality and people don't want to face the fact that we're living in a world of dreams.

Final Reflection On The 9 Ways Post

I personally think that some of these qualities can help me in a way because i could really work on some things like being still, and avoiding the wrong crowd. I want to be a CTR person 24/7 to become a better person and to feel good about myself.

My summer vacation

Image result for bonfireMy summer vacation

My summer vacation was fun because I spent it with my friends. We went to Six Flags and got on all rides and it was fun because we saw each other almost die in a ride, my friend was about to faint in the middle of the ride. I went to a bonfire for the first time and had fun like there was no tomorrow. we made smores and told scary stories and went in the water and saw little crabs on the shore. It was really fun because it was my first time and when I'm with them I'm basically the party animal who makes events fun. we went to the beach countless times. We went to the Santa Monica Pier and had fun and met new people when we were playing beach soccer with new people. Then we went to Culver City mall and bought so many things from there and we had a lot of fun. Next summer were going to do the same or have more fun with them than ever before, we may go camping with them or go up on the mountains.
